Prof. Sujay Deshpande, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Civil Engineering, KLS GIT has completed and cleared an online course titled “Overview of Space Science and Technology” offered by ISRO, IIRS Dehradun for two weeks duration between 20.07.2023 to 07.08.2023 and secured A+ grade.

Students of KLS GIT were actively involved in the activity”Beat plastic pollution” on the occasion of world environment day. I thank all the facilities of civil engineering department,Heads and Principal of GIT for the support and active involvement.This activity was carried out under the banner of IGBC and CEA.
On the occasion of World Environment Day 2023 celebration, an essay competition was conducted by IGBC, Student Chapter on June 5th, 2023. Yasha Suldal of 6th semester, won the competition.
Mr Sanket Hanji, student from the Civil Engineering Department at KLS GIT received the 2nd place in “EnVision- A Technical Project Presentation Competition” held at Pioneer 2023 of Kolhapur Institute of Technology, Kolhapur. This event was organised under ISTE Student Chapter.
